I started my fitness journey when I was 50 after I developed high blood pressure and my doctor told me to start exercising.
I workout 5 times a week.

Ryoko is truly inspirational as a role model, as both a mother and a woman. I have been watching her through her journey, seeing her emerge from insecurity to become a stronger woman.
She always knows exactly what I need to hear and encourage me to reach my goals. She teaches yoga with a sense of calmness as well as assertiveness and confidence. After I participate in her class, I feel relaxed & energized within to go forward with the rest of my day.
She has been my trainer for over 10 years and I fully trust her. She always takes care of me and makes sure I leave her studio happy and energized. I drive 50 min to see her every week and her training is definitely worth it.
